SUBJECT:
CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED JUNE 19, 1987 By application dated June 19, 1987, Westinghouse Electric Corporation requested an amendment to License No. SNM-1107 to authorize the use of radioactive materials in the southeast plant expansion at the Columbia site. According to License No. SNM-1107, Westinghouse is authorized to usE radioactive materials at the Columbia site, and therefore, this amendment authorizes activities at the southeast plant expansion.
This action will not result in any adverse effect to the public health and safety Accordingly, pursuant to nor will it comp (romise the environmental protection.10 CFR 51.22(c) 11), the staff conc nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for this proposed action.
