On May 22, 1987, we provided a letter stating the status of the environmental-i qualification of Unit One's 10 CFR 50.49 equipment (Reference a).

Enclosure (3) of the letter (additions to the Unit One 10 CFR 50.49 List) incorrectly.
showed a justification for continued operation was 'necessary for 1-SV-1645 and 1-SV-1646. Additionally, pressure switch 1-PS-5404 was omitted from the enclosure.
These have been corrected _ and the revised page'one of Enclosure (3) is provided as an attachment with the changes annotated in the margin.
