This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. R. A. Caldwell of this

office during the period April 10-12, .1984, of activities authorized by.
NRC Construction Permit CPPR-126, for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station,.
Unit .1, and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. John Rumsey and other'
l
members of your staff.
Areas. examined during the inspection included:
(1) interim fuelfstorage plan,.
(2) controlled access area, (3) access controls, and (4) intransit protection.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of
-

procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and
!
observations by the inspector.
The inspection findings.are documented.in the
!
enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were-
identified.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by
10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited .
