findings were discussed with Mr. J. Pelletier of your staff at the conclusion

Areas of the radioactive effluents control progran examined during the
inspection are described in the NRC Region I Irisoection Report which is
enclosed with this letter.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews
with personnel and observations made by the inspector.
