Operating License No. DPR-61 for the Haddam Neck Plant. This amendment is in response to your application dated February 20, 1987.
By-Product Material License No. 06-116532-01 was issued May 13, 1966 to allow the possession and use of certain by-product materials prior to the issuance of the Haddam Neck Orarating License (DPR-61). This I
amendment adds conditions to the Operating 1.icense (DPR-61) to permit the possession and use of certain by-product materials currently allowed by the by-product material license.
