By-Product Material License No. 06-116532-01 was issued May 13, 1966 to allow the possession and use of certain by-product materials prior to

! the issuance of the Haddam Neck Orarating License (DPR-61). This I amendment adds conditions to the Operating 1.icense (DPR-61) to permit the possession and use of certain by-product materials currently allowed by the by-product material license.

l A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is enclosed. This action will l appear in the Comission's biweekly notice publication in the Federal Register.
