As allowed by 10 CFR 55.45(b)(1)(ii), Maine Yankee proposes using our plant referenced simulator for administrating operating tests to Maine Yankee operator license candidates.
In support of this proposal, we have enclosed a completed form NRC 474 with supporting attachments as specified in 10 CFR 55.45(b)(2)(iii).

The Maine Yankee plant referenced simulator was accepted as ready for training on 5/14/84.
Since acceptance, the performance testing described in the attached 1985 and 1986 Annual Simulator Reports (Attachments C and D'i have been completed.
