The subject request was submitted to the NRC by GPU Nuclear letter dated July 21,1998.
The request proposes to modify Sections 4.2-C of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Technical Specifications to reflect a change in the Control Rod SCRAM time response testing.
