PETITION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE SUBMITTED BY THE COMMITTEE FOR SAFETY AT PLANT ZION, RANDY ROBARGE AND EDWIN D. DIENETHAL Attached is a petition to intervene dated August 18,1998, and submitted by the Committee for Safety at Plant Zion, Randy Robarge and Edwin D. Dienethal. The petition was filed in response to a notice of issuance of an amendment to the Commonwealth Edison Company for the Zion Nuclear Power Station (Docket Nos. 50-295/304), published in the Federal Reaister at 63 Fed. Reg. 43216,43217 (August 12,1998) (copy attached).
The petition to intervene is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R. Sec. 2.772(j).
