On~ July 26,1998, the NRC completed an integrated inspection at your Oyster Creek
. reactor facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.

l During the six-week period covered by this inspection report, your conduct of activities at
the Oyster Creek facility was generally characterized by safety-conscious operations,
sound engineering and maintenance practices, and careful radiological work controls.

You have established an adequate program for the sampling, analysis and assessment of

l personnel exposure to airborne radionuclides. However, a programmatic weakness was .
l. identified regarding the lack of reverification of the basis documents for this area since i
1993. Your annual review of the radiation protection program was adequate. Weakness
