In accordance with your amendment application dated December 4, 1987, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License '
No. SNM-1945 is hereby amended to authorize the receipt, possession, installation, and use of post accident fission detectors. Accordingly, the date of December 4, 1987, is incorporated into Item 9 of the License, Conditions 6.C., 7.C., and 8.C. are added, and Condition 14 is revised as follows:
6.C. Uranium enriched to any enrichment in the U-235 isotope 7.C. Contained in sealed neutron detectors 8.C. 24 g U-235
- 14. The licensee shall comply with the provisions of Annex A, " License Condition for Leak Testing of Sealed Sources."
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Amended Materials License No. SNM-1945 and our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
