6 Gentlemen:
In accordance with requirements of 10CFR50 All Chemical Isotope Enrichment, Inc. (A1ChemIE) formally submits its application for a license to construct a stable, non-radioactive isotope 1
enrichment facility.
The facility, A1ChemIE Facility-2 Oliver Springs, is to be located on twenty five (25) acres of land in an industrial park at Oliver Springs, Tennessee.
Attached hereto are A1ChemIE's responses to 10CFR50.33 titled j
i 10CFR50.33-General Information and 10CFR50,51 Non-applicabiltiy l
and Exemption Requirements.
Also transmitted herewith are the Safety Analysis Report, the Environmental Report, and the Security Plan for the A1ChemIE Fac111ty-2 Oliver Springs.
In accordance with 10CFR2.790(d) the security plan is submitted as proprietary.
Additionally, A1ChemIE will be transporting classified gas centrifuge equipment from the Department of Energy Gas Centrifuge Enrichment Plant (GCEP) located near Piketon, Ohio, to its Oliver Springs facility.
Some of this equipment will be slightly contaminated with uranium and U-235; however, the levels will be less than the lowest levels specified in 10CFR Part 71 and 49CFR173, Subpart I.
AlchemIE is also requesting, under this licensing action, NRC's concurrence for the equipment transfer.
