Dear Mr. White:

SUBJECT:

- TRANSMITTAL OF SAFETY EVALUATION FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL OF THE EMPLOYEE CONCERN PROGRAM FOR SEQUOYAH Enclosed is the Safety Evaluation (SE) for the Management and Personnel (M & P) Category of the Special Employee Concern Program for Sequoyah. The SE material is based on an audit of case files and reports at Watts Bar site on

'Februa.ry 4, 1987 and a review of completed Subcategory Reports. The staff has found the employee concerns for Sequoyah in the M & P Category adequately addressed. Recommended changes in the case files, which TVA has agreed to incorporate, are discussed in the enclosed SE. TVA will ensure that the Management Techniques and the Organization Subcategories do not contain any safety-related concerns. The revision of the case files will not have an impact on our conclusions.
