Invitation for B1d No. RS-ASB-87-342 Entitled "NRC Headquarter's Stenographic Reporting Services (Excluding the In-Town Requirements of the Commissioner's Offices)"
Confiming your telephone conversation with Cindy Fleenor of my staff, a preaward on-site' survey of your facilities, equipment, and personnel in a_ccordance with Section 9.106 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation will be perfomec-contencing at 10:00 am on July 30, 1987.
It is' anticipated that approximately 4 representatives from the U.S. Nuclear l
Regulatory Comission will attend.
You are required to furnish the following pertinent.information at the time of the survey:
a.
Financial data:
balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash forecasts,-and financial history; two copies, b.
Written statements or comitr.er.ts concerning financial assistance; twc copies, Written statements or comitments concerning subcontracting c.
arrangements, if any; two copies, d.
Organizational charts and operational control procedures; two copies.
Discussion of your experience in performing same or similar e.
requirements, both current and past; furnish the names and addresses of Government and/or comercial fims and their respective contracts as well as samples of the work; one copy each.
f.
List of personnel, equipment and facilities to support the proposed effort or the ability to obtain them; two copies.
The gurvey Team will review and inspect the facilities and equipment.
g.
Information regarding current and projected workload taking into consideration all existing business comitments, comercial as well as Governmental; two copies.
