CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED OCTOBER 30, 1987 By letter dated October 30, 1987, GE requested an amendment to License No. SNM-1097 to reflect changes in their Radiological Contingency and Emergency Plan. These chanaes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan nor will they effect the public health and safety or the environment. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for this proposed action.
