As required by the current Big Rock Point Operating I icense, this letter provides the (29th) twenty-ninth update of the Big Rock Point Integrated Plan. There have been no changes to the Integrated Plan since the last update provided by letter dated February 13,1998. The proposed Defueled Facility Operating License and Technical Specifications, currently under review by the NRC, no longer require submission of this plan since the plant has been pennanently shutdown and is being decommissioned. The revised Facility Operating License and Technical Specifications are expected to be approved and issued prior to the next semi-annual integrated plan submittal. Therefore, this should be the final update of the Integrated Plan for the Big Rock Point facility.
