CONDITIONS Section 1.0 --- Material Control & Accounting 1.1 The licensee shall, no later than 60 days after the date of issuance of this license condition, follow Chapters 1.0 through 8.0 of its Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan submitted pucsuant to 10 CFR 74.31(b), titled " Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan, Combustion Engineering, Inc.,
Hematite Plant," dated January 1986 and as revised by June 1987, Revision 1 pages.
Revisions to this Plan shall be made in accordance with the provisions of either 10 CFR 70.32(c) or 70.34.
Section 2.0 --- Physical Protection For SNM of Low Strategic Significance 2.1 The licensee shall follow the security plan entitled, " Physical Security Plan for Protection of Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance" dated May 1980; as revised by page 2-1 dated October 1987; and as rev!. sed in accordance with the previsions of 10 CFR
