By separate letter of the same date (Letter GDP 98-0148), the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC) is submitting to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Revision 25 to the cenification application documents for the Paducah, Kentucky Gaseous Diffusion Plant. As noted in USEC letter GDP 98-0148, changes to the following plan in Revision 25 contain National Security Information and/or Restricted Data:
United States Enrichment Corporation, Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant, Physical Security Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance, Revision 25 This document is also considered to be proprietary commercial and financial infonnation pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1) and is exempt frorn public disclosure on that basis as well.
