In accordance with your amendment application dated November 19, 1987, and l pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1945 is hereby amended to authorize the receipt, possession, and installation of Cf-252 startup sources in two new fuel assemblies. Accordingly, the date of November 19, 1987, is incorporated into Item 9 of the license and Conditions 6.B. , 7.B. , 8.8. , and 14 are added as follows: I 6.B Cf-252 7.B. In Cf neutron sources 8.B. 450 millicuries total
- 14. The licensee shall comply with the provisions of Annex A " License Condition for Leak Testing of Cf-252 Sealed Sources."
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Amended Paterials License No. SNM-1945 and our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
