REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORf!ATION CONCERNING QUALITY ASSURANCE BRANCH REVIEW OF CHAPTER 1, AMENDMENT NO. 12 0F COMBUSTION ENGINEERING SYSTEM 80+ DESIGN, CESSAR-DC PROJECT NO. 675 1.

Section 1.8 in Amendment 12 addresses CE's commitment to Regulatory Guides.

In the area of Quality Assurance (QA), Table 1.8-1 should be updated to include the following Regulatory Guides in accordance with Section 17.1 of the Standard Review Plan (NUREG-0800) and EPRI"s. "ALWR Utility Requirements Document," June 1986.
