BRUNSWICK STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY PLAN REVIEW, DOCKET NOS. 50-325 AND 50-324-We have completed our review of Revision 23 to the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant Radiological Emergency Plan, dated' September 22, 1987.
Our review indicates that these changes to your Brunswick Radiological Emergency Plan meet the planning standards of ~10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 50.
Please be reminded that 10 CFR 50.54(q) requires NRC approval of any changes to your Plan.which.may. decrease the effectiveness of the Plan.
However, if your l
safety. review indicates no decrease in the level of emergency preparedness, then changes can be made without NRC approval.
In all cases, you should furnish copies of each proposed change to the NRC in accordance with 10'CFR 50.54(q).
Also, any changes to the Emergency Plan. Implementing Procedures should be made in accordanca with.the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section V.
