We are pleased to provide the attached Preservice Inspection Program in accordance with SER Confirmatory item #12C.
The attachment identifies the preservice examination requirements j
of Section XI of the ASME Boller and Pressure Vessel Code along with additional examination requirements derived from applicable USNRC guidance doct.ments. Pursuant to SER CI #12C, the attachment includes l
plant unique requests for relief from impractical preservice examination requirements. Additional requests for relief may result from the ongoing review of the preservice examination data. These additional requests will be addressed as a revision to the attachment to be submitted at the canpletion of the preservice inspection.
