Enclosed is the District's September / October update to the Rancho Seco Wire and Cable Program Report, as committed to in the May 6,1987 meeting between the District and the NRC. This submittal covers the tnonths of September and October and updates the previous submittal (GCA 87-532, October 12, 1987).
Based on our understanding of NUREG 1286 this submittal provides responses to-all open questions.
