Dear Mr. Anthony:

In response to your letter dated October 25, 1987 and in accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's November 20, 1987 Memorandum and Order (Procedural Rulings),

on behalf of Philadelphia Electric Company, I am providing copies of the following to you:

1. In response to Item 1 of your letter, a set of the data from monitoring stations for atmospheric releases in the form of data tables or individual data sheets is enclosed. The sample locations are as designated in Appendix B of the Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report. A copy of the Appendix is enclosed for your information. It should be noted that the special radon monitoring station is located at the Limerick 500 KV Substation. In accordance with the agreements made to sample at specific offsite locations, the names of the landowners have been deleted.

2. To respond to your request, the information requested in Item 2 of your letter has to be converted to paper form from computer storage. The information will be sent to you shortly.
