Region IV lity Group Meeting on December 8 and 9, 1987 The pu letter is to express the appreciation of the Region IV Utility Group for the opportunities we have had to meet with members of your staff.
These meetings have been very productive and all group members were pleased with the insights provided by your staff.
The Region IV Utility Group has scheduled their fourth 1987 quarterly meeting for December 8 and 9,1987, at the Hawthorn Suites Hotel, 2401 Brookhollow Plaza Drive, Arlington, Texas i
(directly behind the Arlington Hilton). We would appreciate again meeting with members of your staff on December 9,1987 starting at 8:30 AM. A listing of suggested topics is enclosed.
I have had discussions with Mr. L. J. Callan ccncerning details of the subject meeting.
I am scheduled to meet with Mr. Callan on December 1,1987 to brief him wi'h regard to the objectives and past activities of the Utility Group.
If you have topics you believe should be included in the agenda, please advise me.
We have planned on a two hour meeting, but will accommodate any ama'mt of time you deem appropriate.
