I We have completed the initial administrative review of your application for amendment of your certificate. No omissions or deficiencies were identified, therefore, we have found it acceptable for forraal review. Please note that the formal review may identify omissions in the submittal information or issues that require additional information.

I Based on our administrative reviews and projection of current review schedules, we anticipate completing our review by December 31,1998, along with the SARUP review.

This date could change depending on the findings of our formal review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule.
