Inspection Report No. 50-354/87-25
A routine radiological controls inspection was conducted by Mr. R. L. Nimitz
of this office at the Hope Creek Station on September 21-25, 1987. The
findings of the inspection were discussed with Mr. S. LaBruna.
The inspection covered: organization and staffing; training and
qualification; external and internal exposure controls, high radiation area
control; ALARA and radioactive and contaminated material control.
Also
reviewed was oversight of outage activities.
Within the scope of the review, no violations were identified. However, some
areas for improvement are discussed in the enclosed inspection report.
