This confirms my conversation with Mr. M. Cash of your staff, concerning a meeting which has been scheduled for August 17. 1998, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 neon.- The purpose of this meeting is for you to pre,ent a self-assessment of McGuire performance. The location of the meeting will be in the Region II office 61 Forsyth Street S.W.. Suite 24T25. Atlanta, Georgia. This will be an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public. Final Policy Statement" (September 20. 1994: 59 FR 48340).
