REGIONAL NUCLEAR MATERIALS LICENSING FOR THE UNITED STATES NAVY The Rules and Procedures Branch has reviewed the draft final rule that would amend 10 CFR Parts 30, 40, and 70 concerning regional nuclear materials licensing.for the United States Navy. We have enclosed a marked-up copy of the package that sets out our comments.
We have forwarded a copy of the final rule to the Records Management Branch, Division of Information Support Services, ARM, for their. comment / concurrence concerning the paperwork management aspects of this rulemaking proceeding. ;
In order to assist you in the preparation of the list of documents centrally relevant to this proposed rule that is required by the NRC's regulatory history procedures, you should place the designator "AC-55-2" in the upper right-hand corner of each document concerning this rule that you forward to the DocumentControlSystem(DCS).
