The staff has revised the Final Rule package we submitted. to you last week to' ]
address your concerns. -l Two changes were made in the Delegation and Assignment memorandum - both inL paragraph one. First, we deleted references to the earlier delegations. i Second, we clarified the sentence which explains that the purpose of issuing 1 this revised delegation is to regionalize responsibility for licensing of the-U.S. Navy.
No changes were made to the rule itself, nor the Congressional-letters. ,
