SUMMARY
REPORT FOR THE 1998 REFUELING OUTAGE As set forth in the provisions of ASME Section XI, Paragraph IWA-6230, enclosed is the inservice inspection summary report for North Anna Power Station Unit 2 for the 1998 spring refueling outage. This report provides a summary of the examinations performed j
during the outage for the second inservice inspection interval.
In accordance with IWA-6220 of ACME Section XI, a Form NIS-1, " Owner's Report for Inservice inspections," an examination summary, and abstracts of examinations performed are provided with this report as Attachment 1. The NIS-2 Forms, " Owner's Reports for Repairs or Replacements," are provided as Attachment 2.
