REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM LEAK A nonisolable leak in the Reactor Coolant System (RCS) was identified I last night while post core load hot functional testing was in progress. !
The leak is in a one inch delta P instrument line connected to one of I the RCS cold legs. The leak rate was less than one gallon per minute. I The RCS is being cooled down to make repairs. This is similir to the '
