Licensee Event Report (LER) 98-001-00, " Single Failure Vulnerability of the Emergency Diesel Generator Fuel Oil Supply System", contained a commitment to submit a supplement by May 8,1998. The supplement was not submitted by this date because the root cause analysis was not completed. The root cause analysis required to determine additional corrective actions is scheduled to be completed by August 31,1998. Therefore, the new target date for LER 98-001-01 is September 30,1998.
Licensee Event Report (LER) 97-025-00, " Completion of a Required Shutdown due to Two inoperable Main Steam Isolation Valves, (MSIVs)", contained a commitment to submit a supplement by March 31,1998 reflecting the cause and corrective actions. This information is available, and the new target date for LER 97-025-01 is August 31,1998.
