Dear Mr. Croteau:
I am in receipt of a number of correspondences from you to, including to Deborah Katz of the Citizens Awareness Network and John Cevasco, both on July 2,1998, ar, well as to Jonathan Block on July 6,1998. I noticed that these letters were courtesy copied to a number of individuals and organizations. These individuals and organizations represent various anti-nuclear groups who are opposed to the continued operation of Vermont Yankee.
I am writing to request answers to two questions. First, how did these organizations get on the list to receive these correspondences? Second, how does another organization or individual get on the list to receive copies of these correspondences?
