Letter dated October 16, 1987 Gentlemen:
Due to a typographical error on page C-i of Appendix C, an incorrect revision of SwRI's nuclear Operating Procedure X-FE-101 was included in Attachment 2, "1987 Inservice Examination of Selected Class 1 and Class 2 Components and Systems" (Unit 2), of the referenced letter.
Enclosed is Change 1 to Attachment 2.
Please replace page C-i and procedure X-FE-101-2 with the enclosed revised page C-i and procedure X-FE-101-3.
The difference between the revisions is administrative and does not involve ASME Code requirements.
A review of the Examination Plan from the Unit 2 Inservice Examination confirmed that Procedure X-FE-101-3, which addressed onsite NDE records control, was implemented during site activities.
