SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-327/87-56 AND.50-328/87-56
Thank'you for your response of November 6,1987, to our Notice of Violation,
issued on October 2,1987, concerning activities conducted at your Sequoyah
facility.
We have evaluated your response to the violations and found that it
meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of
your corrective actions for Violations A and.C during future inspections.
We are reviewing your response to Violation B and will inform you of its
acceptability at a-later date.
Your plan in regard to submitting a revision to
Employee Concern Investigation Report ECP-87-1253-01.is acceptable.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
