-l By letter dated November 14,1997, as supplemented by letters dated February 26, April 29, and June 10,1998, Entergy Operations, Inc. (EOl), submitted Revision 19 to the Quality Assurance Program Manual (QAPM) for Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, in accordance with the l
requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3). Revision 19 contained four separate quality assurance program (QAP) changes that were characterized by EOl as reductions in commitment which require NRJ approval prior to implementation.
I We have reviewed the proposed changes to the QAPM and determined that they are acceptable since they continue to result in a QAP that satisfies the criteria of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B.
