Enclosed are the latest issues of five recently revised and two recently changed Waterford 3 Emergency Plan implementing Procedures. This submittalis being made in accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50. These changes were reviewed in

, acccrdance with 10CFR50.54 requirements and were determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan. .

1. EP-002-010 (Revision 26), Notifications and Communications. This revision' updates and clarifies existir.g guidance to assist in completing Notification Message Forms.

L 2. EP-002-000 (Revision 21), Radiological Field Monitoring. This revision provides guidance for selecting radiological field team members.

'3. EP-002-061 (Revision 9), Emergency Environmental Monitoring. This revision 4 is editorial in nature. It updates procedure references, organization titles and U)/

sample location descriptions.

4. EP-002-090 (Revision 6), Core Damage Assessment. This revision eliml nates the computerized method of performing core damage assessment.

5. EP-002-130 (Revision 17), Emergency Team Assignments. This revision allows the OSC Supervisor to delegate the responsibility of reviewing and

' approving briefing sheets.

6. EP-002-050 (Revision 15, Change 1), Offsite Dose Assessment (Manual).

This change removes the reference to the Plant Stack as being the release path for emergency exhaust from the Main Condenser Evaluation System.

7. - EP-002-102 (Revision 25, Change 1), Ema.gency Operations Facility (EOF)

Activation, Operation and Deactivation. Tnis change is editorialin nature. It change - NRC position titles in the EOF and identifies phone numbers for those positions.

NOTE: EP-002-050, Revision 15, Change 1 contains changes which will be incorporated into the next revision of the Emergency Plan.
