This refers to the investigation conducted by the NRC Office of Investigations, Region IV Field Office, of activities authorized by License No. NPF-42 for the Wolf Creek Nuclear Generating Station.
The investigation was initiated to determine whether KG&E management had utilized the Q1 program in a manner designed to suppress employee concerns.
The investigation did not establish that wrongdoing had occurred. A synopsis of the investigation is being forwarded as an enclosure to this letter. No response on your part is necessary. Should you have any questions concerning the investigation, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
