The following is a list of Westinghouse letters you submitted which contain material that has been treated by the staff as containing proprietary information.

However, the enclosures did have pages that were marked proprietary, and therefore, they were withheld from public disclosure. You are requested to review these letters and their enclosures and to not;fy the staff if they contain any material considered to be company proprietary. If you determine that any of the information is proprietary then affidavits for each document and non-proprietary versions are required to be submitted pursuar.t to 10 CFR 2.790(b)(ii). If the information is not received, we intend to place the subject documents, in the NRC Public Document Room in 30 days from the date of this letter.
