L, The NRC staff finds that having continuous radiation monitoring and having an 1"
individual, in addition to the crane operator, able to immedi'ately interrupt
?;t power to the crane will provide adequate personnel protection from " runaway"
.L events while handling fuel. The staff also concluded that limiting the crane speed and having the second individual able to immediately interrupt power to s
