The. major 4 difference is that 'in lieu of a preplanned lecture series, our plan
/follows ANSI /ANS-153-1977(N380), section 6~.1(2)(a), where a biennial written
. test'det' ermines. categories-for which retraining and retesting are necessary.
?Past performance on biennial written exams have,'in general, indicated y
adequate staff competence without the need for-a preplanned lecture-series.
- Our' plan does - provide.for formal lectures, tutoring, self-study,.or on-the-job
' training' as' appropriate 'in the' event - of exam f ailure. Full participation of our smallistaff in all licensed activities also helps to assure competence --
