By. letters dated February 20, 1987, and July 31, 1987 and in meetings on February 12, 1987 February 25, 1987, March 18, 1987 and July 7, 1987, you,provided additional information addressing the remaining outstanding issues; i.e., concerned with startup of the isolated loops and our human factors concerns. We have reviewed this information and find that our concerns have been satisfied.
