Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 Amendment to Facility Operating License License Change Request 97-10 The subject request was submitted to the NRC by PSE&G letter dated April 28,1998. The request proposes to modify the Hope Creek Generating Station's Technical Specifications 3/4.4.2 to increase the Safety Relief Valve set point tolerances from 1% to 3% of the values specified in the licensee's Technical Specifications.
l The New Jersey Department of Emironmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering has reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.91 (b). The State of New Jersey has no comments.
