On September 11, 1987, the NRC administered an examination to an employee of
your company who had applied for a license to operate' your Susquehanna Steam
Electric Station. At the conclusion of the examination, preliminary findings
were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed
report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
this letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
