This is to acknowledge receipt of-changes to the Fort Calhoun Station emergency plan transmitted to this office by your letter dated November'3, 1987, in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and Apoendix E'to 10 CFR Part 50.
The changes have been reviewed to determine whether they decrease the effectiveness of the plan. We find that the proposed changes to the emergency plan are acceptable.
