Submittal of Seismic Qualification Calculations and Report for CQE (Safety Related) Air Accumulators In Reference 5 above, OPPD stated that calculations for selected accumulators would be submitted by November 20, 1987.
Attached you will find the following:
1.
Report entitled, " Seismic Qualification of CQE Instrument Air Accumulators and Tubing, "ES-87-40" 2.
References 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 to Item 1.
(Portions of Refarence 4 have not been independently reviewed at this time).
The attachments should provide you with the necessary information to make a determination that OPPD has adequately seismically qualified the CQE air accumulators and tubing.
If any significant changes are made due to the independent review, OPPD will provide that information.

additional available seismic information for the safety related valves associated with the Instrument Air System.
