SPANISH NUCLEAR SAFETY COUNCIL VISIT REQUEST This letter confirms the telephone discussion between V. L. Brownlee of my office, and G. L. Pannell of your office, on October 28, 1987, regarding a visit to the North Anna site by members of the Spanish Nuclear Safety Council (CSN) on the morning of November 13, 1987.
The CSN visitors are Commissioner Luis Echavarri and Jose Villadoniga, Director of the CSN Division of PWRs in Operation.
Commissioner Echavarri has requested a tour of your North Anna facility, which is a reference plant for six Spanish plants.
During the facility tour Commissioner Echavarri would like to discuss:
Overview of the facility and organization The plants response and investigations of the steam generator tube rupture, and Main improvements accomplished at the plant and in their program of work in the past year.
F. S. Cantrell of Region II will accompany the Spanish visitors.
