Gentlemen:
This letter transmits Revision 4 of Project Procedure PP-01, " System Vertical Slice Review". The attached revision to PP-01 replaces Revision 3 in its entirety. This revision incorporates additional changes required to reflect the current methodology employed in the resiew.
This letter also transmits Revision 4 of System Vertical Slice Review (SVSR) Project Instruction PI-01, "SYSR Implementation Checklists and Workbook". The attached revision to PI-01 replaces Resision 3 in its entirety. The changes include editorial changes to reflect PP-01 changes, revision to Form 3 to reflect change in approach to non-safety instrumentation review requirements, Form 4 Corrective action resiews review questions, Fonn 7 Modification Review Checklist question revisions and Form 10 Walkdown review and documentation process.
