plan transmitted to this office by your letter dated.0ctober 21, 1987, in.
accordance with the. requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 50.
The changes'have been reviewed to determine whether they decrease the j
effectiveness of the plan. We find that the proposed changes to the emergency plan are acceptable.
