NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 50-321/98-03 and 50-366/98-03
Dear Mr.'Sumner:
On June 20,'1998, the NRC completed an inspection at your Hatch facility. The
,
enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
During the seven-week period covered by this inspection report, your conduct
of activities at the Hatch facility was generally characterized by safety-
conscious operations, sound engineering and maintenance practices, and careful
i
radiological _ work controls.

The_ enclosed Inspection Report identifies activities that violate NRC
'
requirements that will not be subject to enforcement action because the
licensee's efforts in correcting the violation meet the criteria specified in
NUREG - 1600. Enforcement Policy.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of'the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of
this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
